Austin named “recession proof”

Look what article popped into my email today on yahoo’s website (Click here).

Based on the way I see people spending money in this town, I am not surprised.  Whole Foods downtown is always busy and there are still plenty of gas-hungry vehicles lining up on the highways during rush hour.  There are more listings on the market these days though, so it is a good opportunity for buyers to go shopping if you want to own in a “recession proof” city.
