I recently had the opportunity to sell a home that was professionally inspected by Randal Pitts (www.homeinspectionsaustin.net).  Randal is uniquely positioned to provide buyers with high quality inspections.  His background in the various disciplines of home construction enable him to provide excellent advice on potential problem areas and recommended repairs.  He is also very concerned about the environment, and can make recommendations on how to improve a home’s energy efficiency.
